Whole30 Deep-Dive {It Starts With Food Book Club}
Want to learn some cool insight into how our bodies, particularly our digestive systems, work? Want to dig into a book that's impacted thousands with a deep dive into the beginnings of the Whole30 program?
Whole30 Deep-Dive is a guided book club to read through "It Starts With Food," with a former Certified Whole30 Coach. It's a relaxed but motivational way to read and soak in the content, and a great way to begin exploring what makes your body work at its best.
As someone who personally benefitted greatly from the basic principles I learned in Whole30, I decided to pursue my Whole30 Coaching Certification. As a Christian, I soon learned that many of the principles had much richer roots in biblical teaching on our bodies. I created Refined Journey, a 40-day devotional and nutritional challenge to find both the food and faith principles to bring greater health. This guided reading experience is a great start for anyone considering a Whole30 or wanting to really grow in an understanding of the amazing bodies God created for us to live in.
